Metairie, LA – February 27, 2007 – Apyxx Technologies, Inc. will welcome the American Association of School Administrators to New Orleans as the organization begins its 2007 convention at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
As the AASA membership seeks to improve its efficiency in systems and processes, Apyxx Technologies will be delivering special topical information and presentation on Records Retention Strategies, Automated Filing Processes and Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) Compliance.
“School administrators are going to face an uphill battle with FERPA,” states Apyxx Technologies President, Stoney Ware. “It’s going to force a wholesale change in the way nearly all educational institutions manage and handle student records of all type.”
